You can set up a new Wisr App account in 4 simple steps.
Step 1: Download and install the free Wisr App, found in the Australian Apple and Google Play stores.
Step 2: You’ll need a valid email address, your full legal name and mobile number to create your profile.
Step 3: Follow the guidance through the App, to link your Spending Account, your Funding Account (from where your money will be debited) and your Debt Account (a credit card, bank/mortgage account or Wisr personal loan) where your round-ups will be used to help pay down your debt).
Step 4: Wisr App will automatically start rounding-up for you. Once you’ve reached $2 you’re all set to access all features within the app.
**Wisr App round-ups are fee-free until the end of March 2021 for all customers.**
You can change your PIN by accessing Menu > Settings > Update PIN Code in the App.
If your account is locked, you will need to wait a few hours before you can reset your PIN.
If your account is not locked, your can reset your PIN:
If your account is locked due to multiple failed login attempts, you will need to wait a few hours before you are able to request a PIN reset. Any attempt to log in will increase this lock period, so please do wait a few hours and then go straight to resetting your PIN.
Depending on what your phone supports, you can tap into the Wisr App Settings menu and turn on biometric login.
When logging into Wisr App, you’ll also see a little fingerprint icon on the keypad where you can select to use biometric instead of PIN.
As there are so many different devices and types of biometric authentication, some devices may need you to delete and reinstall the app to successfully use this feature.
You can disable round-ups in the Wisr App settings menu, or CLICK HERE to request our team to close your Wisr App profile. If you disable round-ups or close your profile, no new round-up amounts will be debited from your funding account, and any round-up amounts being moved for you will still be paid into your debt account in the first week of the month as expected.

Your transactions usually update each day, but can take up to 2-3 days to increase the round-up amounts in your Wisr App account, depending on how long your bank holds them as ‘pending’ transactions.
Your account will continue to work and keep rounding-up as normal (unless you have disabled your round-ups). You can download the App again and log into your account from any compatible iOS or Android device and disable or update your round-ups settings.
Yes, you need to be at least 18 years old to use Wisr App, and also a permanent Australian resident.
You can see a full transaction list of direct debits from your funding account and deposits into your debt account by tapping the Transactions menu.
If you’re applying for a loan with another lender and they’ve asked you for a Wisr statement, you do not need to cancel your round-ups. Please get in touch with our team, and we will provide a written declaration that you can submit to your lender or broker.
You can find out more about Wisr Personal loans at www.wisr.com.au. After which, if you get a Wisr personal loan, you will be able to add that to the Wisr App in order to help pay your extra debt faster. Wisr Loan customers do not pay any additional Wisr App fees.
