About Wisr

Who are Wisr?

Wisr is Australia’s original Neo-lender, a company that provides a fairer way to financial wellness. Since launching in 2014 we have been committed to building products, apps and services, like Wisr App, which have helped thousands of people do more with their money for less. Visit to learn more about our company.

What makes Wisr App different?

Wisr App is an Australian-first. Created to help Australians pay down their debt faster and take one step closer to financial wellness. By rounding-up spare change on everyday transactions like coffee, groceries and transport, you can start paying down your debt faster.

How does Wisr make money?

Wisr has waived all Wisr App fees until at least the end of March 2021.
Wisr App is part of Wisr’s authentic commitment to the financial wellness of all Australians. The fees we charge are used to cover the costs incurred by Wisr in performing round-ups and moving funds between your accounts automatically for you to help you pay down debt faster. As a company, Wisr also offers several other fairer financial products and services such as Wisr Personal Loans and WisrCredit. If we think you might benefit from one of these other products we may introduce that product to you through Wisr App.
Wisr Loan customers do not pay any additional fees for using Wisr App to pay down their Wisr Loan faster.

How can I get in contact with Wisr?

You can get in touch with the Wisr App team by scrolling down to “Submit a question”

What is a PDS (Product Disclosure Statement)?

A PDS (Product Disclosure Statement) is a document, or set of documents, that contains important information about a financial product. It outlines the benefits and risks of using the product as well as the fees and charges associated with the financial product. You can access and read Wisr App’s PDS here.

What is a DDA (Direct Debit Authority)?

A Direct Debit Authority is a legal agreement that gives a company the right to direct debit someone’s account. Wisr uses a third company called EziDebit to manage direct debits to safely withdraw your round-ups from your linked Funding Account. If you’ve created an account and linked a Funding Account you would have been presented a copy of our Direct Debit Request Service Agreement (DDRSA). You can view a copy of our DDRSA here.

Can I use Wisr App outside of Australia?

Wisr App is not available for download outside of Australia and does not support non-Australian banks. The product is designed for use by permanent Australian residents only. However, if you download and create an account in Australia, and then go overseas, you can still use the app while overseas.

I have some feedback about the app.

We love feedback! (Good or bad, as it helps us be better), please share your thoughts with us at

How do I leave a review in the app stores?

We’d love you to! You can leave Wisr App a review in the Apple App Store or on Google Play. If you have feedback or suggestions on ways we can improve the app, drop us a line at
