How do I set up a new account?

You can set up a new Wisr App account in 4 simple steps.
Step 1: Download and install the free Wisr App, found in the Australian Apple and Google play stores.
Step 2: You’ll need a valid email address, your full legal name and mobile number to personalise your account.
Step 3: Follow the guidance through the App, to register your Round-up Account (where your spending occurs), your Funding Account (where your money will be debited from) and your Debt Account (a credit card, bank/mortgage account or even a Wisr personal loan) where your round-ups will be used to help pay down your debt).
Step 4: Wisr App will automatically start rounding-up for you. Once you’ve reached $5 you’re all set to access all features within the app.

How much does it cost to use Wisr App?

Wisr Loan customers pay no additional fees to use Wisr App to pay down their Wisr Loan.
For all other debt types, Wisr App charges a monthly account keeping fee of only $1.25 per month (including GST), which is only charged when your account has actively rounded-up at least $5 during the month. This is to help us cover the cost of the transactions we make on your behalf. You can read more about Wisr’s fee structure explained in the Product Disclosure Statement.

How do I change my PIN code?

You can change your PIN code by accessing the ‘Settings’ panel in the menu.

I forgot my PIN code, how can I create a new one?

In case you forgot or don’t remember your PIN code, please follow this instructions:

  1. Open the WisrApp
  2.  On the top right corner click on “Forgot pin”.
  3. Enter your phone number details to receive a verification code
  4. Enter the code you received and click in “Verify”
  5. Then, you’ll receive an SMS with a temporary 4-digit PIN code
  6. Enter the temporary 4-digit PIN code
  7.  Create a new PIN code.

Once you’ve created a new PIN you can restart using your account again.

How do I unlock my account?

If you see an error message that your account is locked, it is likely that you’ve entered an incorrect PIN 3 times, and you will need to wait a few hours before you are able to request a PIN reset. See above for PIN reset instructions.

How do I cancel round-ups, close or delete my Wisr App account?

Please CLICK HERE to cancel your Wisr App round-ups. You have the option to suspend your round-ups within the app if you’re not quite ready to leave us. We certainly don’t want to see you go, so please share your reason for leaving with us to help make the app better for future users.

How do I update my mobile number or email?

If you’d like to update your mobile number or email address, you can do so by getting in touch with us at

I just made a purchase but can’t see it showing up in my Wisr account?

Your transactions can take up to 24 hours to display in your Wisr App account.

What happens if I delete the Wisr App from my device, or get a new phone?

Your account will continue to work and keep rounding-up as normal (unless you have suspended your round-ups). You can download the App again and log into your account from any compatible iOS or Android device.

Do I need to be over 18 years old to use Wisr App?

Yes, you need to be at least 18 years old to use Wisr App, and also a permanent Australian resident.

How do I get a Wisr Personal loan?

You can find out more about Wisr Personal loans at After which, if you get a Wisr personal loan, you will be able to add that to the Wisr App in order to help pay your extra debt faster. Wisr Loan customers do not pay any additional Wisr App fees.
